How to use:
As a base coat: apply to bare nails. Allow to dry, then apply nail color. As a top coat: apply 1 coat over dry nail color.
Apply on bare nails. Allow to dry. Brush on 1-2 coats of nail color. Let dry. Finish with 1 coat for a shiny top coat.
