Thanks to this serrated blade, you can effortlessly cut foods such as bread, vegetables or tomatoes. Cutting especially hard-shelled foods is easier thanks to this knife blade.

  The steel of the Gourmet series knives is obtained from a special steel composition characterized by an optimally balanced chromium and carbon ratio. These blades are made from high quality knife steel and are then ice hardened. This process is called FRIODUR. This process makes the blades sharp and flexible. Thanks to ice hardening, they are also protected against rust.
