To ensure the normal use of your earbuds, update your Wireless Earphones (OOS 12 or later), OnePlus Buds (OOS 11), or HeyMelody (non-OnePlus devices) app to the latest version using your local app store. Enabling automatic updates is recommended to ensure you can use the latest software and functions.
3. Download the official HeyMelody app (Android) from Google Play. OnePlus Buds V is not supported for HeyMelody app iOS version.
4. Dolby Atmos is only supported on OnePlus 7/7 Pro/7T/7T Pro/8/8 Pro/8T/9/9 Pro/9 R/9 RT/10 Pro/11/11R devices. Dirac Audio Tuner supports other OnePlus models.
5. The earbuds and charging case deliver 38 hours of audio playback combined. The earbuds deliver 8 hours of audio playback. Charging and battery test results are based on internal OnePlus laboratory results (25° C or 77° F). Test date: May 1, 2023. The actual performance experienced by users may vary based on the specific charging environment conditions.
6. IP55 rating achieved on test date: February 24 2023. Data is based on test results using TÜV SÜD based on IEC 60529:1989+A1:1999+A2:2013 and clause Y5.5.2 of IC 62368-1:2018 test standards. Water and sweat resistance may be reduced as the device ages. Liquid and dust damage are not covered under warranty.
7. OnePlus Fast Pair is only supported on OnePlus 6 series and later devices running Android 11 or later. When Fast Pair is enabled, switching between devices must still be performed manually in Bluetooth Settings. OnePlus Fast Pair is only supported for One.
