• Pak choi can be grown either as a cut-and-come-again crop, or you can harvest them as a mature plant.
• An open pollinated dwarf white pak choi variety, with compact habit. Produces plump, juicy white stems that contrast with lightly savoyed dark green leaves.
• If grown as a cut and come again crop, you can harvest at any point after the plant has grown over 4cm high. This can be within only three weeks of sowing, and you will also be able to make a couple of further cuts.
