Vera Wang is an American fashion designer of Chinese descent who is most famous for her bridal gowns.

Wang originally trained as a figure skater and competed professionally, but when she didn't make the Olympics team, she left the sport and entered the fashion industry, becoming Vogue's youngest editor ever, at age 23. Wang left Vogue in 1985 and worked as a design director for Ralph Lauren before starting her own company two years later.

Vera Wang opened her design salon at New York's Carlyle Hotel in 1990, and has become one of the top choices for bridal gown designers. Her gowns have adorned many famous brides, including Victoria Beckham, Jennifer Lopez, Sharon Stone and Kate Hudson. Vera Wang wedding gowns were also worn by the characters in the "Sex and the City" TV show and films. Vera Wang's gowns are notable for their luxurious fabrics, understated shapes and attention to small details and decorations.

The Vera Wang line has expanded to include eyeglasses, shoes, fur, home goods and and ready-to-wear. Fragrances are offered in conjunction with Coty. The first fragrance, signature Vera Wang for women, was introduced in 2002. A companion men's scent was launched in 2004. Many of Wang's fragrances feature a bridal theme, such as Sheer Veil (2005) and Bouquet (2008). Wang's most successful fragrance to date has been Princess, introduced for the young female market in 2006 and inspiring a series of popular flankers.

Designer Vera Wang has 29 perfumes in our fragrance base. The earliest edition was created in 2002 and the newest is from 2018. Vera Wang fragrances were made in collaboration with perfumers Honorine Blanc, Annie Buzantian, Yann Vasnier, Natasha Cote, Stephen Nilsen, Pascal Gaurin, Harry Fremont, Ilias Ermenidis, Gil Clavien, Calice Becker, Loc Dong, Jean Claude Delville and IFF.
